Nancy Bornn
Nancy Bornn is an AWI-CH workplace investigator/attorney in Southern California who has decades of experience in the employment field.  Since 2012, she has been a fulltime neutral, conducting workplace investigations, providing expert witness testimony on employment issues, consulting with employers on HR compliance issues, and conducting EEO training. In 2009, she was a Founding Director of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Inc. (AWI).  She has served on the faculty of the AWI Institute since its inception in 2012. She is a member of the Credentials Committee of AWI which prepares tests for AWI-CH certification.  Ms. Bornn has also served on the Board of Governors of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers (CLEL) and is currently the Chair of the CLEL 9th Circuit South Regional Planning Committee. She also served on the boards of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). J. Bernard Alexander
Bernard Alexander of Alexander Morrison + Fehr LLP, is a plaintiff employment and civil rights attorney who has tried over sixty cases to verdict and is recognized as a Top 10 Labor & Employment Attorney for Southern California for 2021, and perennial Top 100 since 2016.  While president of the California Employment Lawyers Association, in 2014 Bernard created an annual trial college.
