This Webinar will address the carveout process from start to finish.  Ombudsperson Barbara Shogren-Lies and Judge Silberman (Ret) will provide insight to the practitioner of how the ADR process works and provide tips to the practitioners on what to do and what not to do when appearing on an ADR case. Topics covered will be, how to file a case, where to file the case, what forms to use, how to contact an ombudsperson, why to contact the ombudsperson, what to do if there is a 132a or S&W claim.  What to do with multiple employers when not all are part of carveout, or if they are part of different carveouts.  If you handle carveout cases you wont want to miss this webinar.
