    In this program lawyers will learn about various types of disputes that can arise under a commercial lease, i.e. evictions, breach of lease, use, renewals, mechanic’s liens, premises liability, ADA claims, and other common commercial lease disputes. Lawyers will also learn about the various claims and defenses the parties have in commercial lease disputes, pre-litigation requirements, when ADR is necessary, and litigation strategies and tactics for taking commercial lease disputes through trial.
