    Civility is so important to our profession.  During this presentation, these distinguished jurists will discuss whether civility has declined in our profession over the past several years, why civility matters in our profession and recent developments to address incivility.  This panel will also provide practical tips for handling difficult opponents in litigation and what Judges expect in terms of civility.  We will also discuss short and long term solutions for addressing incivility.
