    Course Description: 
    This wellness program explores how regular physical activity enhances an attorney’s ability to competently perform legal services. Participants will learn the science-backed benefits of aerobic exercise, strength training, stretching, and other accessible forms of movement. The session highlights how exercise reduces stress, sharpens cognition, boosts decision-making, and supports emotional resilience—key components of competent legal practice. This course satisfies the MCLE Competence-Wellness requirement.
