This session will feature wage and hour issues raised by the Covid-19 pandemic, such as COVID-19 compensation exposure, exposure arising from “work from home” and “work from work” environments, and AB 1867. We will also discuss the gig economy after the passage of Proposition 22, and recent developments in PAGA litigation.
