2022 New Employment Practitioner Conference: Leave of Absence Compliance
Understanding California leave laws and their interaction with a multitude of other state and federal laws is critical to the practice of employment law. In this module, our panelist will discuss the Family Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, Pregnancy Disability Leave, and various other leaves impacting employers. Special consideration will be given to their interplay and potential pitfalls to assist you when advising clients on leave administration.
