Do you still have it? Do you think you’ll be able to see the issues in a typical law school exam? Stuart Teicher (the CLE Performer) teaches professional responsibility in law school and he’s going to walk you through one of the exams he recently gave his students (don’t worry — you don’t really have to take the exam if you don’t want to…you can just listen to him talk about it).

    Topics include:
    -Decision-making authority — Rule 1.2(a)
    -Confidentiality — Rule 1.6
    -Reporting misconduct - Rule 8.3
-And a lot more, but I don’t want to give away all the answers!
