The speaker, Mr. Ramsauer, will give an overview of key provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act which includes the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits and Venues Act. He will discuss the differences between the Paycheck Protection Program and Paycheck Protection Program Second Draw, including loan detail, eligibility, and uses. Mr. Ramsauer will also go over loan ineligibility and forgiveness. Also on the discussion board is the Employee Retention Credit, other relief options and other small business provisions. Mr. Ramsauer will include DCAA information for government contractors.
