2022 Energy Law Conference: The Latest on California's Clean Energy Transition - Energy Law Basics 101
This optional pre-conference panel is geared toward attorneys who are new to energy law or would like to learn more about the basics of energy law in California. Our speaker will discuss the role of state energy agencies, regulated utilities, and their interplay with federal entities, as well as relevant federal and state energy statutes. The panel will also introduce our guests to the laws underlying the topics that will be covered in greater depth at the panels and plenaries later in the day.
