Join Judge Rosenfeld from the Van Nuys WCAB as she discusses the proper way to file and litigate during Covid. The one hour presentation will cover specific petitions; from what makes a “successful” petition that will be approved, to how to properly file in EAMS as well as tips for preparing for Life-size trials. This informative seminar will provide attorneys with the necessary information to ensure they are properly filing petitions, and are comfortable with procedures involved in presenting trials via Life-size and by phone.
