    A growing number of Cryptocurrency products in the modern world is generating in-depth discussion and challenges. Commercial transactions involving cryptocurrency products are swiftly emerging and changing. The legal regulations will require lawyers to have a dynamic understanding of the environment and the laws. The Webinar will cover Federal and CA regulations regarding cryptocurrency including implications of the SHIELD Act for the blockchain industry and the GDPR perspective on blockchain. The webinar will include the discussion on regulatory trends in Cryptocurrency and how digital revolution will evolve. The Internet Privacy Law Committee is partnering with the Commercial Transaction Committee to discuss the challenges in the emerging Blockchain industry regarding privacy. This one-hour webinar will discuss some of the issues the CCPA will raise for the blockchain/crypto industry.
