All attorneys are subject to the Rules of Professional Responsibility. In this course Angel Chreston and Rodman Martin will cover legal issues in the workers’ compensation context involving duties to your client, ex-parte communication, avoiding conflicts of interest and inappropriate courtroom behavior. This class will also present scenarios of ethical dilemmas related to these issues and how these situations can be avoided.
