Attendees will learn essential information about collecting and protecting client data. Beginning with a discussion about online privacy, such as website privacy policies and web forms, this program will cover the ethical obligations attorneys owe to existing and potential clients. Attendees will learn how to use client relationship management (CRM) and case management software to manage client data.
