Demystifying the Federal Grand Jury: An Overview of Federal Grand Jury Practice and Procedures
In this presentation, Julian André and Eddie Jauregui, both former federal prosecutors, review the law, rules, and procedures governing federal grand juries. Our speakers will provide insight into how federal grand juries are organized and how they work, and review the extent of their powers. They will also review the role of defense attorneys in representing targets, subjects, and witnesses in the grand jury process, and how to respond to grand jury subpoenas.
