This program will survey development in law and regulations that affect partnerships, limited liability companies and limited partnerships operating in California. It will include a summary of some of the matters published by the PLLC committee as well as other recent developments. The program will include discussions such as the characterizations of partnership interests as securities, piercing the veil for singular and multiple member LLC's and the LLC guide.
