Why, When, and How to File a Contempt Action in a Family Law Matter

Tracy Duell-Cazes, a Certified Family Law Specialist and frequent lecturer, will discuss when and why a contempt action should be filed and when and why it should not be filed. There will also be a discussion of the basics of filing a contempt motion. This session does not cover a discussion of defending a contempt motion. This will be covered in a follow up session to be announced.
