Many forms of bias disproportionately impact women in international business. In this session, panelists will address the real world ethics situations in which these forms of bias can arise, ranging from recruiting to career advancement, team building and professional relationships. Discussions will include personal experiences, as well as insights on current scientific studies on gender bias in the workplace. The panelists will offer solutions-oriented strategies that international business lawyers can implement with a view to recognizing and reducing gender bias.
