Marc Fagel of Stanford Law School (former SEC Regional Director and Gibson Dunn partner) will lead a timely training on the ethical issues confronting lawyers as technology continues to reshape legal practice. The program will address emerging risks and professional responsibilities arising from the use of generative artificial intelligence, remote and hybrid practice environments, e-discovery, and other technology-driven developments. Drawing on recent disciplinary actions and real-world examples, Marc will offer practical insights into how attorneys can adapt their practices to remain compliant with ethical obligations while leveraging new technologies effectively.
