The Music Modernization Act is among the most substantial changes to copyright law of the last decade. For those in the music world, it will be especially crucial to know its ins and outs. With changes to licensing for digital downloads and streaming, CLASSICS Act protections, and a number of other changes, the Music Modernization Act will have a substantial impact on how you work with your clients.
