2021 New Employment Law Practitioner: Leave of Absence Compliance
California's leave laws are among the most challenging for employers to comply with and manage. In this module, panelists will discuss the Family Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, Pregnancy Disability Leave, and various other leaves impacting California employers. Special consideration will be given to the interplay of the various leaves and the potential pitfalls and the array of COVID-19 leaves.
