The panelists, Presiding Judge Pamela Pulley and Judge Alicia Hawthorne, will discuss the evidence required to meet or rebut your burden of proof, and when the burden shifts. The panelists will present specific examples of the types of burdens present in the workers’ compensation arena relating to the different types of injuries, both physical and psychological.
