The webinar will discuss prohibited discrimination, harassment and retaliation under California Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4.1 both in terms of representing clients in litigation and other matters and in regard to the management and operations of a law firm.
The panel will explain the rule and the comments, how the rule is intended to apply in various situations, the consequences of violating the rule and preventative and risk management steps that lawyers and law firms should consider.
