This program looks at the present state of multijurisdictional practice for lawyers, focusing on the regulatory limitations on practicing “in” jurisdictions outside the state of licensure, and fee-sharing issues with persons in other jurisdictions. The panel will also discuss some ongoing conversations that may impact that analysis in the near future.
