    As the March 5, 2024 California primary election date approaches, voters up and down the state will consider not only candidates but also initiatives on their ballots in their local jurisdictions. On January 24, 2024, this continuing legal education program will focus on the initiative process in California, the local regulation of commercial cannabis, and the intersection of these two areas in the Humboldt Cannabis Reform Initiative that will go before Humboldt County voters in the form of Measure A on March 5.
