A fresh look through the ethical looking glass at anti-bribery and corruption laws such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act and UN Convention. Review the last year in corruption including ethical lapses in the automotive industry.Consider emerging risk areas such as cryptocurrency and attorneys' ethical and other obligations in the context of corruption under the new California Rules of Professional Conduct if applicable.
