Getting Past the Impasse: Effective Use of Persuasion & Influence in Mediation
Stacie Hausner will identify and explore various influence and persuasion tactics that enable mediators and attorneys to reach settlement. She will discuss how to use these techniques when cognitive biases create obstacles to settlement, as well as, when and how to use them during various stages of a negotiation.
