Interagency Coordination to Reduce California Greenhouse Gas Emissions; 2023 Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite®
This panel will highlight the main updates in the California Air Resources Board 2022 Scoping Plan for Achieving Carbon Neutrality (adopted in 2022) including the interagency efforts that supported its development and adoption. The panel will also highlight how the Scoping Plan connects to the interagency efforts on the implementation of SB 100, the 100 Percent Clean Energy Act of 2018, including the progress on the next SB 100 interagency report prepared by the California Energy Commission, California Public Utilities Commission, and California Air Resources Board. Panel will feature speakers from CARB (Chair Liane Randolph), CPUC (President Alice Reynolds), CEC (Vice Chair Siva Gunda).
