The 42nd Annual Fall Program: We’re (Almost) Model Citizens Now!
On May 10, 2018 the California Supreme Court issued an order approving new Rules of Professional Conduct to be effective November 1, 2018. This presentation will review the changes to the rules and how your practice may change as a result. The differences between the ABA Model Rules and California’s adoption of them will be highlighted as well.
