    The purpose of this webinar is to provide California lawyers with an introduction to privacy law concepts and issues that intersect with commercial cannabis and hemp. Attendees will learn how to spot privacy law issues in cannabis and hemp commerce, and how best to analyze and approach these scenarios.

    Shay Aaron Gilmore counsels exclusively cannabis and hemp operators and investors in corporate and commercial transactions, focusing on private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity financings, cannabis distribution and supply agreements, licensing and product development, real estate, employment counsel, administrative law, and regulatory compliance matters. Shay has been recognized by the Los Angeles/San Francisco Daily Journal as one of the Top 20 Cannabis Lawyers in California. Shay has served on the San Francisco Cannabis Oversight Committee, and he provides pro bono legal services to social equity individuals verified under San Francisco’s Cannabis Equity Program.
