Employee privacy issues are talk of the town (or, rather, the state) as California employers are now required to provide full CCPA rights to workforce members. In addition, new state laws are requiring additional disclosures relating to employee surveillance and monitoring, and other new laws are governing how employers use automated decision tools. Our panelists discuss the convergence of employment and privacy law, new and emerging employee privacy rights, and how companies can prepare to comply with these new rights.
