Through real-world examples, spreadsheet demonstrations, and interactive discussion, attendees will learn to compare and evaluate advanced planning techniques including GRATs, CLATs, IDGTs, split-dollar arrangements, private placement life insurance, and charitable planning vehicles. Emphasis will be placed on tax modeling, risk analysis, and the coordination of legal and financial tools to maximize client benefit.
