2019 Annual Meeting: Litigating and Mediating Your Construction Dispute
This program will cover the nuts and bolts litigating construction disputes. The focus will be on construction defects, residential and commercial, as well as cover issues relating to public projects. The program will also cover best practices and advanced strategies for mediating construction cases. The learning objective is to have the practitioner understand how to prepare or defend these claims, what needs to be done in order to get the case ready for mediation, and how to present the case to the mediator.
