    This program is designed as an update on pending litigation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and antitrust, focusing on cases involving claims of algorithmic collusion in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act. Seasoned practitioners from the plaintiffs and defense bar will have a roundtable discussion updating the audience on divergent rulings at the district court level and the state of play at the appellate level on various legal challenges to algorithmic collusion.
