Many companies are experiencing unprecedented changes in their historic footprint from a state and local tax perspective. Employees have moved, both with and without, company knowledge or approval. This has resulted in new obligations, known and unknown. During this session we will address the changes we have seen occurring in the past two years, where it appears that companies are heading, and the state and local tax ramifications around doing so. The focus of this session will be on payroll tax and related issues, but will address other state and local tax ramifications as well.
