Catastrophic wildfires have ravaged California’s forests in recent years. This panel will explore the legal landscape of restoring forests after a wildfire. How is the forest replanted? Does replanting work in tandem with vegetation management programs? Where does timber harvesting fit into the picture? The panel will cover different perspectives, approaches, and challenges related to reforestation.
