Commercial properties can be subject to unexpected damage with costly consequences, even litigation. This panel will explore the critical components of risk management in a commercial lease or sublease, particularly insurance, indemnity, and waiver of subrogation provisions, and how these provisions allocate risk and responsibility among the parties.
