Trademarks & Cannabis Law
Intellectual Property Law Section; Cannabis Interest Group; Trademark Interest Group
This follow-up to the Cannabis Interest Group’s introductory webinar will provide a deeper examination of how the complex web of federal and state laws pertaining to trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are being utilized by the legal cannabis industry in the U.S. (with a focus on California businesses and entrepreneurs). Time permitting, this webinar will also address some related trademark licensing and litigation issues.
Shabnam and Mary are co-founders of the International Cannabis Bar Association and have both been providing guidance about trademark law (and other IP matters) to the legal cannabis community in California for a number of years.
