    This webinar will cover 2019’s most significant developments in Copyright, including the U.S. Supreme Court decisions in Fourth Estate and Rimini Street, and how the district courts are interpreting them, the passage of the EU Copyright Directive and its implications for U.S. practitioners, the issuance by the U.S. Copyright Office of its first review of Moral Rights in the U.S. in 30 years, important new circuit court cases on substantial similarity, primary and secondary infringement, and work for hire, the proposed creation of a copyright small claims court (CASE Act), and some predictions as to what 2020 may bring.
