Join this program will explore the various psychological, emotional and behavioral dynamics which exist in cases where a child is resistant or refusing contact with a parent. Dr. Chandler Hoffman, Lorie Nachlis, Esq. and Judge Evenson will provide their perspective based on their respective roles in handling this challenging dynamic. The presentation will offer a variety of approaches to address these custodial issues as well as highlight the limitations of many of the legal and psychological approaches.
