Labor Law 101 will provide an overview of labor law that beginning labor law practitioners and employment law attorneys of all experience levels should know. Labor laws are applicable in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces and in the private and public sector. This panel will cover the interesting areas where labor law and employment law intersect.
