This panel will feature some of the highest profile bar association leaders and civil rights attorneys in California. Each of these attorneys are in the trenches everyday working with civil rights organizations, government officials, law schools, corporate America, and members of the community in the pursuit of racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The moderator and panelists will discuss the struggle for civil rights; battling racism; and working towards diversity, equity, and inclusion while surviving the Covid-19 pandemic.The panel will provide helpful information regarding how other lawyers and members of the community can get involved in this work. Everyone is welcome to participate in this discussion. California attorneys who register will receive 1 hour of Elimination of Bias MCLE Credit for attending this program.
