Come get a taste of a bias training that actually works! In an experiment, the Individual Bias Interrupters Workshop sharply decreased bias against women of color, and leveled the load of office housework between men and women. Learn, too, about how to interrupt bias in organizational systems like hiring, performance evaluations, and access to opportunities.
