Intellectual Property Law; Cannabis Interest Group

Hear from experienced practitioners as they share tips and strategies for navigating the state trademark landscape for cannabis and hemp operators, as well as a discussion about the potential value of state trademarks if (and hopefully when) legalization occurs.
