Organizations are navigating rapidly shifting guidance and assessing the future of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This panel examines the foundational purpose of DEI efforts, the evolving legal landscape, and practical strategies for maintaining—and/or reframing—DEI programs in a time of unprecedented attack and heightened scrutiny.
Panelists will clarify the role and limits of executive orders and their varying impact on public and private sector employers. The panel will also explore how to navigate DEI initiatives within shifting political frameworks.
