The epidemic of stress and burnout is affecting every sector of our society, but even more so the legal profession. Burnout and mental distress not only take a toll on the wellbeing of lawyers, but also make their clients, people, and businesses vulnerable, impairing decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management.
