California Consumer Privacy Act became effective as of January 1, 2020. Businesses are obliged to implement brand new processes to comply with regulatory requirements. Every business from small to large corporations should put their earnest effort to comply with the CCPA and its regulations to protect consumer data. In this informative and interactive webinar, we will discuss the scope of the CCPA and what groups are exempt from CCPA regulations.
We will also provide an overview of key definitions that were added to the CCPA as part of the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), which became effective December 2020.
