The speakers are members of the 2020 Small Business Reorganization Task Force, Education and Outreach Subcommittee, a working committee of bankruptcy professionals and judges in the Central District of California established by Chief Bankruptcy Judge Maureen Tighe. One of the purposes of the Task Force is to educate and provide access to small business about reorganization options under the Bankruptcy Code and the Small Business Reorganization Act.
