    In an era when artificial intelligence can blur the lines between reality and fabrication, how can lawyers ensure the authenticity of digital evidence that either opposing parties or their own clients provide to them? 

    This program will explore some of the legal and ethical questions implicated by the authenticity and admissibility of digital evidence and present examples to illustrate how deep fake content can distort the truth and  undermine trust—both inside and outside the courtroom.
