Business Law Section; Labor and Employment Law Section
In this co-sponsored one hour webinar by the Business Law Section and the Labor and Employment Law Section, our speakers will discuss the U.S. privacy and compliance issues of employers and employees during the current COVID-19 global health emergency. Topics include employer’s frequently asked questions about their privacy obligations, EEO compliance and the monitoring and testing of employee health, managing delayed background screens, drug tests, and I-9’s, and the employer’s right and obligation to safeguard the workplace.
Our speakers will also give advice on how to review and update privacy notices and how to set employer and employee expectations of health and workplace privacy that meet the organization objectives going forward.
